As a boutique consulting firm, we are currently seeking a Consultant – Strategy (80% - 100%) for our Zurich office.  

Are you a recent graduate with a keen interest in strategic management and consulting? Are you eager to apply your analytical skills to consulting projects and contribute to the development of business strategies?  

We are seeking a Consultant – Strategy to join our team, where you will support senior consultants in conducting market research, developing business strategies, and delivering strategic projects. Your analytical mindset and ability to work well in a team environment will be essential in driving project success. Join us and embark on an exciting journey in the world of consulting. 

 

Your Responsibilities:  

  • Support senior consultants in conducting market research and analysis 
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and recommendations 
  • Participate in client workshops and meetings 
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects 
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking 
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans and roadmaps 
  • Analyze technology and industry trends and their impact on client businesses 
  • Support in the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects 
  • Apply strategy assessment frameworks and develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making 
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives 
  • Participate in strategy formulation and strategic planning sessions 

 

Your Profile:  

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science 
  • Previous experience in strategic management or consulting preferred 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English. Good knowledge of any other official language in Switzerland is an asset.
