As a boutique consulting firm, MMG is currently seeking a Management Consultant (80%-100%) for our Zurich office. Your Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex strategic projects and ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives
- Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and strategic planning sessions to drive actionable outcomes
- Leverage your professional network to identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client relationships
- Develop business strategies, strategic plans, and roadmaps that align with organizational goals
- Provide strategic guidance based on technology and industry trends, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Develop KPIs, financial models, and high-impact presentations to monitor and measure the success of strategic initiatives
- Lead market research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's, Master's (preferred), or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science
- At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, preferably at the manager level and above
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional official Swiss languages is an asset
