As a boutique consulting firm, we are currently seeking a Senior Consultant – Sourcing (80% - 100%) for our Zurich office.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing (RFx) initiatives for key clients
- Manage the identification, selection, and evaluation of suppliers, leveraging extensive industry expertise
- Directly negotiate contracts with vendors, optimizing terms and maximizing value for the organization
- Craft comprehensive presentations, documentation, and reports to communicate strategic insights and recommendations effectively
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the sourcing department, driving continuous improvement
- Lead the implementation of sourcing tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting or strategic sourcing
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving business success
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English
